There is an almost instant response of cat abuse…
“Stella, an 18-month-old cat had her leg amputated after being shot by what is believed to be a small calibre rifle.” (WA, October 18th)
They are empowering cat haters to act out, reducing community compassion for these animals, and are putting our pets at risk. It has to stop.
