This is John and his best friend Diva.
Diva was taken from her secure yard by the Yarra Ranges Shire council.
She had done nothing wrong – she had lived without event with her family for more than six years. John had previously been honoured with a National Bravery Award and had sadly suffered ill health in past months. The loss of Diva had devastated him.
John took his case to VCAT and the council has today conceded. This is the two being reunited.
BSL is bad for the community.
