The Lost Dogs’ Home general manager of operations, Sue Conroy, said fewer than half of the 267 dogs lost in the last fortnight had been returned to their owners.

And yet despite the fact over 90% of intakes are via the Home’s own vehicles, the Lost Dogs Home maintains it wouldn’t be in the pet’s best interests to have lost pet’s photo and impoundment details placed online as soon as they are found, to help owner and pet be reunited.
Councils are paying them your money to do one thing and one thing only – care for lost pets. And they continue to fail to save them.
Appalling. Just how are people supposed to find their pets before the LDH happily gives them the green needle?
