New $2.5 million cat facilities, and yet just 4 cats adopted over the weekend.

And only 17 cats up for adoption, despite the new facilities having capacity for 200. And the organisation taking in over 30 cats, every single day.

When rallying to garner support for the new facilities expansion, we were assured Victoria was overrun with cats and kittens…

And yet, with spring just around the corner there is not a kitten to be seen on the adoption floor. Surely they weren’t embellishing!

So, where are all the cats?
